You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For a return to be accepted, items must remain in original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at contact@zuccah.store . Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without an approved request will not be accepted.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Items

G. No Retroactive Discounts

Refunds cannot be issued for discounts not applied at checkout. Please apply any discount codes during the purchase process, as we cannot make adjustments afterward.
